Refund Policy - the basics

At Kailash Photography, we value your trust and strive to deliver the highest level of professionalism in every project. Our refund policy is designed to ensure fairness and clarity for both our clients and our team.

1.      Booking Fee / Advance Payment

o    All bookings require a non-refundable advance payment to secure the date.

o    This fee reserves our time exclusively for your event and covers initial planning and administrative costs.

2.Client Cancellations

·         Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the event: 50% of the total package amount (excluding the advance) will be refunded.

·         Cancellations made less than 30 days prior: No refund will be issued, as the reserved date cannot be rebooked at short notice.

3.Rescheduling

·         If you wish to reschedule your booking, we will make every effort to accommodate your new date (subject to availability).

·         The advance payment will be transferred to the new date if rescheduling is done at least 30 days in advance.

4. Digital & Print Products

·         Due to the custom and creative nature of photography, once images are delivered (digital or printed), no refunds or exchanges are available.

·         If you are dissatisfied, we will work with you to make reasonable adjustments within the scope of the package.
